Hand Tied Bouquet of Roses and Other Flowers

Remove 1 inch from the stem end with a sharp knife and cut on the angle. Do not use scissors or crush the stem - this prevents the flower taking up water. Stand in a deep vase filled with water with the flower food added. Change water in the vase at least twice a week. If the flower head flops, cut off the stem end as above and stand the flower in 1 inch of boiling water as soon as possible. Keep the flowers away from sunlight, fruits and radiators, the cooler the room the longer they will last.

Flower Basket Arrangement

On receipt of your flower arrangement top up the container with water. Keep topped up as flowers drink water. Keep the arrangement away from sunlight and radiators. The cooler the room, the longer the flowers will last. Remove blooms as they fade.

Pricing Information

All products listed on the website, their descriptions, and their prices are subject to change from time to time.

FloraZone.com reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or services with or without notice.

The product specifications (weight, size, colour etc.) mentioned with the product photos displayed are only approximate. There may be a slight variation in the pictures and the respective products.

Substitution Policy

During festivals, in an event that a gift item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will mail you an option of an alternate product. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will proceed with sending you the alternate item since we know that you are sending it to your loved one(s) on a special occasion and we would not want anything to dampen the spirit of the occasion.

Since flower arrangements are hand-made, there may be a slight variation from the picture shown. Occasionally, substitution of flowers is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

In case of cakes, there might be slight variation in the product in terms of design and shape depending on local availability. Occasionally, substitution of flavours/designs is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

In case of substituions, we will ensure we deliver the product as close as possible to the description/photograph shown and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Delivery Policy

For same-day standard time delivery, orders must be received before 4:00 pm, Monday - Sunday, IST.

For same-day fixed time delivery, orders must be received before 5:30 pm, Monday - Sunday, IST.

For same-day midnight delivery, orders must be received before 5:00 pm, Monday - Sunday, IST.

You acknowledge that requested delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.

Delivery may take longer due to:
- Bad weather
- Political disruptions
- Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your e-mails and SMS regularly for updates.

For perishable items like cakes and flowers, we attempt delivery of your order only once. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
- Wrong delivery address.
- Recipient not available.
- Premises locked.
- Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbour.

Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.

Deliveries are made on Sundays and on Public Holidays for products that are delivered by hand.

If there is no one available at the shipping addresses to accept the delivery of your order at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made. We will surely try our best as mentioned below-
- Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time.
- Leave a note on the recipient?s door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time.
- Leave the bouquet/arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance).
- Leave the bouquet/arrangement with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient?s door with this information.

Midnight Deliveries
- Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, delivery will be made between 11.00 pm to 12 am on the chosen delivery date. Note: Please choose the date of delivery a day prior to the date of occasion.

Fix Time Deliveries
- We cannot commit the exact time for delivery. Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, the order will be delivered +30 or -30 minutes as per selected time.

Refund Policy

We reserve the right, to cancel the order for any reason. Like under any foreseen circumstances that may come in the way of your order that may be limitations on quantity available for purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information.

We may also require information before accepting your order. We will contact you if in any case, your order is cancelled or any kind of information that is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card / netbanking has been charged, the amount will be credited to your account within 7-8 working days.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery / non delivery.

All claims are subject to jurisdiction of Court at New Delhi, India only.
