1. How do I use a Promotion Code?
To use a promotion code, make sure you have the code ready as you proceed through checkout. On the My Cart Page, enter the code carefully into the box that says Promotion Code.

At Florazone.com, we have multiple options available for making payment.

3. Is it safe to use my credit card or debit card online?
Yes! The safety of your personal information is extremely important to us. We encrypt your information using SSL (secure socket layer) technology to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access. When your browser is in secure mode, you'll notice a key or lock icon at the bottom of your browser window.
4. Will I be charged GST separately?
All our prices are inclusive of all taxes. There is no extra tax levied on the prices shown on our website.
Delivery Information
1. Where all do you deliver?
We deliver in over 400 cities within India. Click here to see list of all cities we have delivery service in.
2. What are your delivery timings?
We normally deliver during between 8 AM and 8 PM unless you have opted for a Midnight or a Fixed time delivery. On special occassions like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day delivery hours are extended.
3. Can you deliver at a particular time?
Yes, you have the option to choose a Fixed Time slot for delivery by paying additional delivery charge.
4. Do you deliver at midnight?
Yes, we do have option of midnight delivery. With an additional delivery charge, you can get your order delivered between 23:30 to 00:30 hours on the date you choose.
5. Are there any delivery charges?
There are no extra delivery charges for Standard Delivery orders. For midnight and fixed time delivery there are additional delivery charges.
6. What is the mode of delivery?
All our flowers and cakes orders are hand delivered. Some items for special occassions are also sent by courier.
7. Can you deliver anonymously??
Yes, if the recipient is ready to accept the order. But if recipient refuses to accept order, we have to reveal the sender information.
8. How will I know my order has been delivered?
You will receive an email from us after your order is delivered. You can track the order status online as well.
9. Can you deliver same day?
Yes, we do accept same day delivery orders for most cities in India. The order needs to be placed before cut-off time for that city. Normal cut-off time for most cities is 4 PM.
Order Status
1. What happens after I place an order?
Once your order is placed on the site, you'll see a Thank You Page, which will include your order number on it. Please keep this order number handy in case you have any questions/issues. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been received.
2. How do I check the status of my order?
Checking the status of your order is quick and easy!
1. View the status of a single order by entering your order number and email id on the Track Order Page.
2. Sign in to your account to review the complete order history of all your orders.
3. You can email us or fill out our online Customer Service Form
Please remember that our normal delivery hours are between 8AM and 8PM, so you may not hear from that smiling, happy someone right away.
3. Order and Delivery E-Mail Confirmations?
After your order is submitted, you'll receive a series of e-mails with the status of your order. Please be sure to enter a valid email address when you provide your billing information to ensure that you receive them.
1: Order Confirmation Email: This email will let you know that your order has been received. If you don't receive this email, please email us at care@florazone.com. You can also try checking your spam folder.
2: Payment Confirmation Email: This is to let you know that your payment has been received and your order will be duly delivered on thr date you have chosen.
3: Delivery Confirmation Email: This email lets you know that your gift has successfully been delivered. You should receive this email by 8PM on the date of delivery. Please note: During our busy holiday periods like Christmas, Valentine's and Mother's Day, we may extend our delivery hours before 9AM and after 8PM to make sure that all gifts are delivered on time. If for any reason your gift does not arrive on time, our dedicated Customer Service team will do everything they can to help successfully resolve your issue.
4. How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at care@florazone.com or call us. Please note if the order has already been sent for delivery, it'll not be possible to cancel the order.

Late Delivery/Non-Delivery: Our local florists and logistics team work diligently to make sure that your gift arrives on time, within our normal delivery hours of 8AM to 8PM. During our busy holiday periods like Christmas, Valentine's and Mother's Day, we may extend our delivery hours before 8AM and after 8PM to ensure that all gifts are delivered on time.
